Our Wildly Planning Team
Wildly Planning LLC is a event coordinating firm run by a team of women who love creating beautiful spaces. Wildly Planning was founded during these unprecedented times, from a need of transforming living rooms into event spaces and setting up dinner tables into banquet tables, to create memorable intimate gatherings. We believe in the beauty in memories because those last a life-time.
Hello babes! My name is Yaresi Checo born and raised in the Bronx! Raised by Dominican parents, orgullosamente Dominicana. I’m 28 years young, love to explore the world, enjoy music and most of all love my family & friends. I have my undergraduate degree in Hospitality Management with a focus in Event Coordinating. When did my passion for events kindle? I would love to say from the first wedding I attended or from the first baby shower I assisted with, but reality is, as cliche as it sounds, I fell in love with event planning after watching 27 dresses. I instantly fell in love with the beauty in the chaos one must go through to coordinate an event, and how unique and precious each event becomes as you bring each client's dream to life. I’ve worked for the DOE since 2013 at a High School in the South Bronx, where I have worked under many different titles and responsibilities. Although at the moment I currently hold the title of College & Career counselor, and love every single moment in this journey. My most precious moments at the school have been coordinating events. Bringing our community together, embracing our cultures and backgrounds while closing the gap of inequalities in our school system. From fundraising galas, to paint & rewind events, to school-wide community BBQ events, trust me when I say that I understand the chaos and wild rollercoaster ride that we encounter when coordinating an event. But that moment when things start to fall into place, and when the vision starts becoming a reality, is truly magical.
My name is Estephanie luna Born and raised in NY. I am currently 29 and living life to the fullest. I’ve always been drawn to helping others & making them smile hence why I chose to become a dental assistant, aspiring to be a hygienist . Growing up I was raised around tons of family. Being together for the holidays is where i found myself wanting to decorate and put things together. I’m very family oriented and love to be around the people I love. I was always happiest at our family get togethers, this is what drew me to be an event coordinator. Creating moments for others like how I used to feel when I was younger. Getting to explore my creativity & seeing a vision come to life excites me .Seeing the excitement is what makes all the chaos of wildly planning all worth it.
